Shipping Policy — Sandbox ShoppyCrush
Version: expedition-2026-05-01-v1 — Last updated: May 1, 2026
Preamble
This shipping policy describes the preparation, dispatch and delivery terms applicable to orders placed on the Sandbox ShoppyCrush shop. It supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) and the Refund Policy, accessible from the shop footer.
This policy applies exclusively to physical products. Digital products (file downloads, access to dematerialised content) are made available immediately after payment confirmation, under the conditions set out in the T&Cs.
1. Geographic coverage
The Sandbox ShoppyCrush shop ships to the countries and territories listed at the cart checkout step. The list of available destinations and applicable shipping rates are displayed dynamically based on the Colissimo zone corresponding to the selected country.
If your country is not listed, shipping is not available to that destination; you may contact the Seller directly via the contact details in the Legal Notice to enquire about case-by-case shipping options.
2. Order processing time
The Seller undertakes to prepare your order within the timeframe indicated below, from receipt of confirmed payment:
Processing time: to be specified business day(s)
If to be specified has not been specified by the Seller, the processing time is communicated on the product page or in the order confirmation. Otherwise, the Seller undertakes to prepare your order within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with standard e-commerce practice.
This timeframe excludes public holidays and weekends, as well as exceptional periods (announced Seller holidays, stock shortages indicated on the product page, force majeure events).
3. Delivery method and carrier
3.1 Carrier
Shipping is handled by La Poste — Colissimo, a standard service with or without signature depending on the option selected at checkout and the parcel value.
3.2 Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on:
- The total weight of the ordered products;
- The destination (Colissimo geographic zone);
- Any signature option selected.
The exact rate is displayed at the cart checkout step, before order confirmation and payment. No additional shipping charges may be claimed after the order has been validated.
3.3 Delivery timeframes
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are indicative and provided by the carrier:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days;
- European Union: 3 to 6 business days;
- International (Colissimo zones 5-10): 5 to 14 business days.
These timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to transport delays (postal delays, customs clearance, external events). They are additional to the processing time referred to in article 2; they begin from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
4. Overall delivery deadline (legal reference L216-1)
In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller undertakes to deliver ordered products within a maximum of thirty (30) days from contract conclusion (i.e., payment confirmation). If the Seller is unable to meet this deadline, the Buyer will be informed without delay and may, depending on the circumstances, agree to a new delivery deadline or terminate the contract under the conditions of article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your Colissimo tracking number. This number allows you to track your parcel using La Poste's tracking service (www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois).
You can also check the status of your order at any time from your personal account, under "My orders".
6. Receiving your parcel
6.1 Inspection on receipt
We invite you to inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is visibly damaged, deteriorated or opened:
- You may refuse delivery from the carrier, or;
- If you accept the parcel, write specific and detailed reservations on the delivery note before signing (general reservations such as "subject to unpacking" are ineffective — describe the specific damage observed).
6.2 Post-delivery reporting
If you discover a damaged or non-conforming product after opening the parcel, contact the Seller as soon as possible via the contact details, enclosing photographs of the product and packaging where possible. You are in any event protected by the statutory warranties of conformity (article L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code) — see T&Cs.
6.3 Undelivered or lost parcel
If the order has not been delivered within fifteen (15) days beyond the indicative timeframes, contact the Seller first, who will if necessary open an investigation with the carrier. La Poste's investigation procedure takes approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) days on average.
In the event of confirmed parcel loss, the Seller will, at their discretion and after consulting with you, either resend an identical product if available or issue a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Delivery address
The delivery address entered by the Buyer when placing an order is binding on the Buyer. The Seller shall not be held responsible for the consequences of an incorrect, incomplete or imprecise address entered by the Buyer. The re-shipment of a parcel lost due to an incorrect address cannot be borne by the Seller.
The Buyer is invited to verify the accuracy of their address from their personal account before confirming each order. Once an order has been validated and confirmed by payment, the delivery address can no longer be modified.
8. Return address
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal or returning a non-conforming product, items must be returned to the following address provided by the Seller:
Return address: [Return address not configured]
The terms of return, refund and cost coverage are set out in the Refund Policy, accessible from the shop footer.
9. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays or impossibility of delivery in the event of a force majeure event within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disasters, widespread carrier strikes, armed conflicts, border closures, decisions of public authorities making shipment impossible, etc.).
In the event of prolonged force majeure (more than thirty days beyond the legal deadline in article 4), the Buyer may request order cancellation and full refund of amounts paid.
10. Policy updates
The Seller may update this policy to reflect changes in Colissimo rates, the opening or closing of geographic zones, or any other operational change. Any order placed remains governed by the policy in force at the time of its validation, in accordance with the immutable contractual snapshot principle applied by the ShoppyCrush platform.
